I have used the services of the Home Report Company in recent times, and it was excellent,very efficient with a highly competitive price for their services.We used the company for three Home Report valuations, and Andrew MacKenzie ,the Chartered Surveyor, was friendly,courteous ,punctual and very knowledgeable .He was very understanding and accommodating in fitting us in for meeting up at short notice rather than the following week ,when we had a deadline to meet ,and produced very professional reports shortly after ,making it all very stress free.

Well, what a great, quick service, at a smashing price. The agents worked with me to book a convenient slot, and the surveyor communicated promptly and efficiently once the inspection was completed. The booking and pre visit paperwork was dealt with very efficiently by the admin team, Andrew came to the house to check it over, early rather than late which was encouraging. He was very friendly, helpful and efficient. He has subsequently delivered the report by email within the expected time frame. Good job at a good price !
