Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Home Report Company specialises in providing Home Reports, Energy Performance Certificates, property valuation reports and Property Surveys.

Our Mission is to provide the best service in Scotland and, in order to accommodate our customer’s busy lives, that means that we don’t work regular hours. It also means that we aim to deliver your Home Report within 2 working days.

All our surveyors are locally trained and have undertaken all the necessary training to carry out your home report. They are all Chartered Surveyors and are regulated by the RICS.
