The booking and pre visit paperwork was dealt with very efficiently by the admin team, Andrew came to the house to check it over, early rather than late which was encouraging. I have used them twice and they are great, both in terms of customer service and price.However, I forgot to add one thing. The surveyor had made a mistake with relevant details of my Home Report. It looks as if there was a crossover of information from another Home Report they have been working with. When I spotted them, I notified them and the mistakes they were swiftly amended.I would like to stress the importance of double checking your Home Report when you get it. The mistakes mine had were not minor mistakes. This is something ideally the Home Report Company should seek to improve on.
