He was very friendly, helpful and efficient. He has subsequently delivered the report by email within the expected time frame. Good job at a good price !

I have used them twice and they are great, both in terms of customer service and price.However, I forgot to add one thing. The surveyor had made a mistake with relevant details of my Home Report. It looks as if there was a crossover of information from another Home Report they have been working with. When I spotted them, I notified them and the mistakes they were swiftly amended.I would like to stress the importance of double checking your Home Report when you get it. The mistakes mine had were not minor mistakes. This is something ideally the Home Report Company should seek to improve on.
